We will dispatch your order by post, recorded or special delivery will be used according to the value of the order. You will be advised how long delivery will be from the receipt of the order. Some specially, produced to order items e.g. Plaques may take longer than 4 weeks.
Customers have 2 working days from delivery date to advise The Heraldic Company GB of any damage or shortages in delivery of the goods. Damaged orders should be returned to The Heraldic Company GB within 14 days of the receipt date, replacements will be ordered and despatched subject to availability. If replacement items are unavailable, a refund will be made. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (free of charge). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any stock items that do not meet with customer satisfaction can be retuned within 14 days. A full refund or exchange will be offered. Personalised and made to order items may not be returned for a refund unless The Heraldic Company GB can be shown to be at fault. We regret that postage / packaging / insurance costs are non refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
All prices are quoted in Sterling. Payment is accepted in sterling via check, internet bank transfer or cash. Other currencies may be accepted subject to prior approval, please contact us to discuss payment options prior to placing an order.
The Heraldic Company GB accept orders from countries outside the United Kingdom however international sales may be subject to import tax.
